Condition: Used – good. The dust-jacket has seen use with small tears and scuff marks, but is otherwise intact. The hardcover, spine and binding are fine, the pages are clean with slight foxing towards the edges.
Extracts: Southern Africa’s 138 snake species and important subspecies form a group of the greatest interest and beauty. 70 of them are found only here, 54 are intruders from the north, three are widespread throughout Africa and one, the Black-and-Yellow Sea Snake, is sometimes washed up on the eastern and southern shores.
